OUR VINEGARS

In association with the Vinaigrerie artisanale de Beaune, we are developing a range of vinegars aged in oak barrels, made from rigorously selected and recycled noble grape varietal wines, dedicated to lovers of quality ingredients.

CHARDONNAY VINEGAR WITH FRESH THYME

Ingredients: Chardonnay white wine vinegar (sulfites), fresh thyme.

PINOT NOIR AND COCOA VINEGAR

Ingredients: Pinot noir wine vinegar (sulfites), cocoa

WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Ingredients: Chardonnay white wine vinegar (sulfites), uncooked concentrated grape juice.

PINOT NOIR, CASSIS & RASPBERRY VINEGAR

Ingredients: Pinot noir wine vinegar (sulfites), cooncentrated grape juice, blackcurrant, raspberry.

CIDER VINEGAR

Ingredients: Cider vinegar
