BLACK OLIVE AND FIG CAVIAR

Ingredients: black olives, dried figs, water, sugar, vanilla.

GHERKIN CAVIAR

Ingredients: gherkins, breadcrumbs, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, dill, garlic, olive oil.

EGGPLANT CAVIAR

Ingredients: eggplant (53%), tomato (12%), dried tomato (tomato, salt) (8,5%), tomato paste (8,5%), onion, olive oil, concentrated lemon juice (sulfites), water, salt, herbs, spices, garlic.

HUMMUS CAVIAR

Ingredients: cooked chickpeas (49 %), sunflower oil, water, sesame seed puree (11%), concentrated lemon juice (sulfites), salt, acidifier : citric acid, spices, garlic.

TZATZIKI CAVIAR

Ingredients: Greek yogurt (56%) (whole milk, cream, skimmed milk powder, lactic ferments), gherkins (30%), sunflower oil, concentrated lemon juice, salt, herbs, thickener: xanthan gum, acidifier: lactic acid, ground pepper.
